All associates are specifically recruited from the local area under our rigorous recruitment policy. We ensure that each recruit possesses the pre-requisite experience and qualifications to fulfil the criteria of our exacting person specifications for each individual project.

We pride ourselves in knowing all our associates personally and being very selective in our choice of who we think worthy of representing our company. We consider that we are judged as a company by the performance and integrity of our associates.

Induction Training

Each recruit is given a specific induction to allow them to gain a high degree of competence in QS Resource’s Good Working Practice Policy.

Exclusivity

Staff and technicians will be ‘on tap’ and work exclusively for the customer.

Confidentiality

All QS Resource personnel are made aware of the fact that due to the nature of our work and the implications of commercial sensitivity that each project we undertake is strictly confidential and any breach of confidentially could result in instant dismissal.

Health and Safety

When working on the client’s premises QS Resource personnel are required to comply with the respective company rules and policies applicable at the time and any changes implemented throughout the duration of the project. It is the responsibility of the individual to familiarise themselves with the company’s Health and Safety and Good Working Practice Policy and Procedures.
